I brought my car here to repair some deep scratches and a minor dent, and given the shop’s excellent reputation, I felt confident choosing them. The process was quick and convenient, as I was able to receive an estimate and schedule an appointment within minutes. The quality of the repairs was outstanding, and the paint match for my Platinum Pearl White finish was absolutely perfect. Although there was some initial miscommunication regarding the estimate and the work to be performed, Ricky took the time to clarify everything and address my concerns. The front desk receptionist was exceptional. She went above and beyond to accommodate my work schedule by arranging for me to pick up my car outside of regular business hours. Without her flexibility and understanding, picking up my vehicle would have been extremely difficult. Overall, I’m very impressed with the quality of the work, the customer service, and the team’s willingness to go the extra mile. If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would.
