This is a response to this business response from a year ago and you're lucky you don't have an option to share pictures here because your entire response to my original post was so inaccurate it should embarrass you.  In the response you said you wanted to clarify a few things but the only thing you commented anything about was the fact that it was the insurance company that made the final call on totaling out my dad's 2015 Dodge ram,  They had to decide based off of your estimate and you know that, based on the damage you claim that you found, damage that we requested be in an itemized report that you refused to this day to give to us, and of course you know the fact that my dad signed for you to be able to assess the damages, otherwise you wouldn't have been able to tear the thing apart.  As I said when our first insurance adjuster looked at it via the pictures that was quoted in a $8,000 repair at most, the low end of that would have been $4500, so if you'd like to clarify something maybe you can clarify how you actually came to your findings, other than saying there is extensive damage from the front to the rear of the driver side, because that is a complete fabrication and I have the pictures to prove it, I would post them here but again that isn't an option for me, the most damage was done to the rear passenger door where it was dented in, and guess what, that door still opened and the damage was up high enough that it didn't affect the frame and It didn't even break the window, the front driver window was broken and there was a small scuff below it but that driver side door was able to open and close as if nothing had happened to it, it was completely functional, saying there is extensive damage on the bed of the truck is absolutely laughable I can show you a picture right now that shows a couple of scratches, that truck was driven as a daily driver like it always had been for weeks before it went into your shop and it drove down to your shop, so saying that there where extensive unseen issues is another complete fabrication because the truck functioned absolutely no differently than it did before the accident, it was in perfect running order the engine had no issues the frame had no issues the lights just to mention, had no issues so it's very interesting that when we went to go look at it the bumpers were taken off, the headlights were in the bed of the truck and the engine had components that were missing and taken off.   you had this thing ready to ship out to your chop shop in Woodburn and were adamant on a signature to do so before we came to clean out our belongings, even our insurance adjuster, having heard about the condition when we went down there, could not give us a valid reason for why you had torn it apart to the extent that you felt you needed to, when we had it brought via flatbed to the second shot for a second opinion your shop had done so much damage that they were unable to give an estimate on the original damage, you were supposed to deliver in the same condition you got it in yet it was a wrapped in plastic on a flatbed,  so again if you want to clarify anything you need to provide that itemized report of the damage that you decided warranted a 16,000 repair bill that ended in the totaling of that truck.  Or maybe explain what kind of kickbacks you get from that shop in Woodburn.  Your answer didn't clarify anything. It's really to bad I cant post pictures of that truck before you got your hands on it, what you did to my dad's truck was absolutely wrong and you should be held accountable for it.

Had to visit them due to a not-at-fault accident, and they made the experience as smooth as possible. Ended up being a total loss, and they helped me bring the smack down to the other party’s insurance company to do what is right! I worked with Ricky, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and clearly had my back and was willing to make sure that the insurance companies did not strong-arm or short-change me when it comes to making sure my vehicle is repaired/restored to pre-loss condition.. Ultimately, the insurance company actually totaled my car, which worked out well for me. I would attribute that largely to Ricky’s excellent estimate, as he clearly knows the game the insurance companies play.I will not go to any other shop in the future!
